Why we started

We kept noticing this pattern. Women would buy lingerie or underwear online that looked great in photos. Then it would show up and either the fit was completely wrong, the fabric felt cheap after one wash, or it was obviously made for someone else's idea of attractive rather than actual comfort.

The bra that looked perfect? Digging in by lunchtime. That lace that seemed soft in the photos turns out to be scratchy and uncomfortable. Sizing chart says medium, actual product fits like a small. You end up with a drawer full of stuff you never actually wear because it doesn't feel good, even if it looks nice.

It's annoying. Decent lingerie isn't cheap. And when you're buying online without being able to try things on first, you're taking a gamble. There should be a better way to find pieces that work for how you actually live, not just how they photograph.
