Delivery & tracking

How long does delivery take?

Here’s the typical timeline:

For UK orders:

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 3–5 working days once dispatched
  • Total delivery time: 4–8 working days from order to delivery

For Ireland orders:

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 4–7 working days once dispatched
  • Total delivery time: 5–10 working days from order to delivery

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. If there’s a delay outside the usual timeframe, we’ll email you with an update.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and Ireland only.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you tracking information.

You can also track your order via our tracking page using your order number and email address.

What delivery options and costs do you offer?

We offer standard delivery using tracked services through reputable courier partners.

UK orders:

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £40
  • £2.50 standard delivery on orders under £40

Ireland orders:

  • Free standard delivery on orders over €45
  • €2.99 standard delivery on orders under €45

No hidden fees.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@marelia.co or use our contact form. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update it.

Once an order has been dispatched, we can’t change the delivery address. Please double-check your details at checkout.

What if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive?

If your order is overdue, contact us at contact@marelia.co or use our contact form with your order number. We’ll check the tracking and help resolve it.

Delays can happen during busy periods, bank holidays, or delivery network disruption. If we’re aware of an issue, we’ll email you.

Is my order discreet?

Yes. Orders are sent in plain packaging.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, intimate items must be returned in a condition that meets our return requirements (including any hygiene seals, where applicable).

Can I return an item if I changed my mind?

Yes. If it’s unworn, unused, and in its original condition, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.

How do I start a return?

All returns must be requested through our returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order.

You’ll typically need:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Important: Please don’t send anything back without an approved return request. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.

Who pays for return postage?
  • Change-of-mind returns: you pay the return postage.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If confirmed, we’ll cover return postage costs or provide an alternative return method.
I received the wrong item or it’s damaged. What should I do?

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review it within 1 working day. If confirmed, we’ll cover return postage or provide an alternative return method.

Once we receive the item back we'll send a replacement or process a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

We don’t charge restocking fees.

Are any items non-returnable?

We don’t accept returns of:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odours, staining, or alteration
  • Items missing tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if they’ve been worn, used, washed, or unsealed, where applicable
  • Final sale items (if clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Sizing & fit

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. Lingerie fit can vary between styles, so we recommend checking the size guide before ordering.

What if the size doesn’t fit?

That’s what the 30-day return window is for.

If it doesn’t fit, request a return through our returns portal (unworn, unused, tags and packaging intact) and place a new order in the size you want.

Product care

How should I care for my lingerie?

A bit of care goes a long way in keeping lingerie in great shape.

Hand Washing (Recommended):

  • Use cold water with mild detergent
  • Gently press out excess water — don’t wring or twist
  • Lay flat or hang to air dry

Machine Washing (If Needed):

  • Use a lingerie bag on a delicate cycle
  • Cold water only
  • Fasten hooks before washing to prevent snagging

Drying:

  • Do not tumble dry — heat can damage elastic and delicate fabrics
  • Lay flat or hang to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight

Storage:

  • Store folded or hanging in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid cramming items into drawers (it can affect shape and stretch)
  • For bras, avoid folding cups inside each other to help maintain shape

For Lace & Delicate Pieces:

  • Hand wash only
  • Be extra gentle when rinsing and pressing out water

If a product has specific care instructions on the label, please follow those.

Can I machine wash everything?

Not always. Lace, mesh, and delicate fabrics are best hand-washed. For sturdier pieces, a delicate machine cycle in a lingerie bag can work. When in doubt, hand wash.

All payments are processed securely.

Are there any extra fees?

No hidden fees. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay us for delivery within the UK & Ireland.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change something, contact us as soon as possible at contact@marelia.co or use our contact form with your order number.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible. In that case, you can request a return after delivery through our returns portal (if eligible).
