Need to return an item? We’ve kept the process straightforward.

Before you start your return request
  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate items must be returned in a condition that meets our return requirements (including hygiene seals where applicable).
  • You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, have clear photos ready to upload.

Here's what to expect
  • We’ll review your request and aim to respond within 1 working day.
  • If approved, you’ll receive return authorisation and return instructions by email.
  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or replacement (where applicable).
  • For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll cover return postage costs or provide an alternative return method if the issue is confirmed.

Important: Please don’t send anything back without an approved return request. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.
